Our Quick Cleanse combination of one packet of  LektroLykes^TM rehydration formula and a 4.1 oz. bottle of Polyethylene Glycol (PEG) that, when reconstituted in 32 oz. of mineral-free water, creates a quick acting, safe and effective 4-glass colon cleanser that tastes like water and works within a few hours.

Our NuBalance Probiotic (60ct) to start after the purge is completed to immediately begin to repopulate a healthier microbiome.   

Directions: (Instructions also included in the kit) Mix one package of LektroLykes^TM and the 4.1 oz. bottle of PEG in 32 oz. of mineral free water.  When completely dissolved and clear, begin drinking an 8 oz glass every 15 minutes until completed (or within 1 hour). The laxative effect begins within 1-3 hours and is generally completed within 4-5 hours. The taste of the solution as reconstituted is close to that of natural water but additional flavoring can be added if desired without altering the efficacy of the solution.

After the purge is completed begin the NuBalance probiotics included in the kit. Start with 2 capsules twice each day for the next 10 days, then drop to one capsule daily. Commit to eating a more natural, less processed diet, add some naturally fermented foods, and consider the judicious use of selected supplements and a good daily probiotic to sustain (such as our NuBalance Probiotic).
